
Lotus date balls
Ingredients
2 cups of Khammash date paste
1/2 cup of semolina
1/2 cup of powdered milk
1 small box of cream
4 tablespoons of Lotus butter
1/2 a box of ground Lotus biscuits
Steps
- Roast the milk and semolina over the fire until it becomes blond
- Mix the milk and semolina with the dates, add the cream and two tablespoons of Lotus butter and knead them together.
- Take a small piece of Khammash date paste and make it into balls, then dip it in the ground biscuits and place it in the molds
- Remove from the molds and melt the Lotus butter in the microwave, pour it over the dates and serve.
